WELCOME TO T-N-T!
I am Silke and I live on these 32 acres with my sister, Anja. Living on the property with us are my two sons, Kalvin Wolf and Trevor Wolf, Anjas' daughter; Shayne, 6 dogs, 3 cats, numerous chickens and an always changing number of horses! I got my start into horses at the tender age of 13. I jumped into these beautiful creatures and haven't looked back since. I started out by going to horse camps, then volunteering and finally getting the age of being employed! I have studied under some great folks and have had awesome opportunities to learn about different breeds of horses, different uses of horses and whole new outlooks on life with horses. I am an open person and I continue to further my education about horses, veternary practices, farrier practices, nutrition and different training methods. I have trained Trinket, my mustang mare using John Lyons techniques. I have trained other horses using a mix of Pat Parelli , Clinton Anderson and John Lyons. I am pretty easy to get along with, although I will tend to get on a soap box here and there about inadequate nutrition or demanding a horse to know something that hasn't been taught and reinforced with consistant repitition. You can find myself and my family and the boarders hanging around the barn just about any time of the day or night!
